Hi, guys. Most of you don't know me, as I don't normally get involved much in fandom issues. I'm really more of a lurking and looking at fanworks kind of person, if I'm honest, but I'm making an exception now to talk about the fan reaction to the recent reveal of Princess Twilight.
I will admit, I had my reservations when I first heard about the plot of the final episode of season 3, particularly the planned transformation of Twilight Sparkle into an alicorn princess. Hello, anyone lonely or desperate enough to look at my journal! I know I didn't announce this, but I'm starting a series of essays on my favourite characters in fiction of all kinds. The first one, Inspector Javert from Les Miserables is already up now. Next up on the agenda...I don't know. So, lonely and desperate people, please tune in with suggestions for my next essay.
